I have a feeling Diallo is a great AAU type player, but he struggles when inserted into an NCAA and Association system. Diallo is destined for the D League simply based on potential.

Warriors please. Last pick of the second round. Replacement for Mo Speights when he gets paid elsewhere.

Niang finished with 20 points in the game. I saw him with an alley oop to Diallo and another assist towards the end. Unfortunately, I missed most of the game.

They talked some Niang as a top performer. Said he has a game that just fits in with everybody he plays with. Compared him to a smaller Boris Diaw. Said he's got one of the highest b-ball IQs in this tryout.

So the question is, how much does this increase his chances of playing in the pros? I don't know if it effects his chances of getting drafted at all, but how much does it help his chances of getting signed?

Some draft "gurus" have bumped him up to late 2nd round. We know he's going to perform well in interviews, so I could see him solidifying himself there. Not sure how much he stands to gain from private workouts. Maybe show off his shooting stroke and he does look thinner than ever. I still think it's unlikely he gets drafted, but it only takes one team. His chances of making a team are probably better than what many were giving him credit for, myself included.
