Phil Hartman may have been the best cast member ever...I know...lots of talent on that show over the years for sure...this skit stands out for me:

Never seen that one. That sketch was paid homage to in the Schneider's film The Hot Chick.

From the newer stuff - Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Kate McKinnon & Melissa McCarthy could run comedic rings around all their male co-stars, IMO. And I'm not really overly fond of female comics, either.
