Assuming they didn't give up anything of importance, that's a nice pick up.

Considering the Sox search for bullpen help, not sure how he got past them in waivers.

Because Sale has been fantastic, Thornton will be back in a few days, and there's no need for three lefties. The bullpen has been a strength all year. Just hit a rough spot with Putz and Thornton banged up.

thats ********...in the playoffs with the game on the line i'd trust fuentes's experience over capps any day

Never know how the next month will play out. If Capps struggles you'll see them swap spots. If he does well down the stretch then you leave him in there.

Won't matter if the starters are giving up 5 or more runs per outing. Still don't understand why they didn't try harder to get C.Lee or D.Haren???? :no:
