Also I came here thinking this was about musicals

Won't happen, though, because Lew hates musicals (stage OR movie).

I can vouch for 2 and 3 on your list. Book of Mormon was hysterical and Hamilton was worth the hype and, for me anyway, exceeded it.

I noticed that he's going to be in Chicago... while we're on a trip for our daughter's birthday. I'm so bummed! I saw Spoon a couple of summers ago, and Wild Belle open up for Band of Horses a few years ago, and both are good live (and opening) - it would be a GREAT show.

I was lucky enough to see Beck on his Sea Change tour in the cities. All acoustic set. It was fantastic.
I haven't seen Radiohead since '03, but it's always a good show.
I saw Gambino in Chicago last September. If he sticks to his statements, he won't tour again under that moniker.

The only band that's really on my radar that I haven't see is Pearl Jam.
Going to catch Bon Iver in Chicago as a birthday present.

My music bucket list was to finally see a concert at Red Rocks. Did it this summer. Everyone needs to go there once, it is incredible.

Red Rocks is 20 minutes from my house. We are spoiled to have such a phenomenal venue right here. We see several shows there every year.

I have always wanted to see an act at the Ryman in Nashville. We're going to Nashville in October so we were waiting to see what the calendar looked like. Lo and behold, Jason Isbell is performing there for 7 nights and we scored tickets for the last night we're in town. I've seen him several times but to see him at the Ryman makes this one even more special.

2.Book of Mormon - hilarious (lots of Mormons round these parts)
3.Hamilton - Good but overrated

5.Phantom - I legit fell asleep during this one

Wilco just announced a bunch of fall dates.

Here is a link to a show they did about 2 weeks ago. the interesting part is that they had a contest to let 8-10 fans come up and sing Karaoke with the band for a few songs. That goes about like you might expect. Some good, some bad, and some painful. Courtney Barnett joining on Handshake Drugs is great.

Really the ones that stand out to me are the ones I will never be able to see in their truest incarnations because of death or other factors (Pink Floyd is now a death situation. I saw them on division Bell tour). I’ve seen several incarnations of TGD)

Pearl Jam (have had tix 2 different times but family emergencies let me down)

I would like to see REM again too (fingers crossed).

Not sure I have a big bucket list, but my biggest claim to fame would be seeing Rage Against the Machine at Alpine Valley in '07. That was incredible.

I was there! Was great...rained all day and stopped just before the show started. I stayed up top and just watched it all. Tons of mud and a sea of people made it perfect.

Saw McCartney last month in Moline. Dude can absolutely still bring it at 77. Over 3 hours, no break, awesome variety, just an incredible show. No opener but an hour of a DJ playing Beatles covers from all sorts of different genres. Just awesome.

Still need to see Pearl Jam and Billy Joel (Have had tickets twice and had other stuff come up)
