After living in Dyersville, I could give a damn about the Field of Dreams.

Rudy
A League of Their Own
He Got Game
Blue Chips
Mighty Ducks

Honorable Mention: The Fighter and I hate MMA bros, but Warrior was a pretty solid movie.

Just because I haven't seen it listed, but I do enjoy Cinderella Man.

Soooo many good movies. Sooooo many good lists. I'm glad a couple of more obscure ones made it, like "Vision Quest".

I'm adding Cool Runnings to the list.

A lot of love for Remember the Titans. I don't get it. It felt simplistic, safe, saccharine and formulaic.
I don't like your opinion. Maybe it's because Remember the Titans is probably one of my top all time movies or the fact I don't understand half of your vocabulary.

way too many to narrow it down.

1. Long Gone
2. Slap Shot
3. CaddyShack
4. Bull Durham
5. Hoosiers

worst might be Blue Chips. I still like it though.

Nick Nolte's postgame speech always gets me. I always think of Hoiberg's first season as head coach. He took a bunch of scrubs and leftovers and finagled a 16-16 record and convinced a program that Hoiball could work. I don't care if he wins a national championship; that first year was his best coaching job.

Sometimes that is just what a person wants in their movie.
