Idea: Filter on Recent Posts Page?

Just an idea for the future. It would be nice if there was the ability to filter out threads from certain sections from the Recent Posts page. Personally, I would just rather not see the political threads constantly on my front page. No problem at all with people talking about this - I just see so much as part of my career on a day to day basis, that when I come here I want to live in Cyclone Sports.

You can also opt out of the In State Rivals forum. It's in the Preferences section on your profile page. You can adjust settings there.

Would be nice though if we could filter out the consistent megathreads that always stay in Recent Posts. Particularly the off-topic ones, MLB ones, ISR threads that never die, etc.

Yeah, I know we can opt out of forums but it would be cool if we could opt out of specific threads. No offense to the RTT gang.
