The United States Judicial System would like a word.Ya, its almost like nobody buys into that other than here. It kinds of reminds me of another story certain keepers of the flame push.

He's right on with his comment though. Weak stuff from JP. Obviously JP has a case of the red a$$ because Iowa's been having a lot of success in a lot of sports.

No, Pollard is spot on. We had a male athlete who for the first time in Big 12 history won 3 events. We finished 2nd at the conference meet with a record number of points for a runner-up. That should have been covered. Instead of mentioning that, they run a story about ISU ending baseball 20 years ago...a story that could have ran at any point this week and not as a headline.
UNI Softball earned their first NCAA bid in 8 years and no mention of that either. But the story about Iowa's starting QB who probably wouldn't start at most P5 schools hiring a guru was more important? Not a chance. Could have slid that one in on a slower news day as well.
What Morehouse's comment illustrates is that Pollard made the right decision to tell him to pound sand.
And Pollard is right. It is insulting to UNI and ISU Softball. The Des Moines Register sucks. It isn't even worth the 1 cent 6 month promotion.
Why does Iowa need $50 million? He's right on with his comment though. Weak stuff from JP. Obviously JP has a case of the red a$$ because Iowa's been having a lot of success in a lot of sports.
It is surprising the amount of IA/ISU commentary here because I thought neither the ISU fans nor the coaches really care about Iowa, which is why Matt Campbell has never beaten them. Iowa should be commended for persevering every year despite being outgunned on the field and the sidelines.
I don’t know if you want to be throwing stones here. Might want to sit this one out. Lol
Yeah, I am an unapologetic “bad fan” when it comes to playing the parakeets. I root for their players to get stomped, and that probably makes me a bad person, but what the hell.Fair enough. Some of your brethren allege the Iowa game is not important and the lack of preparation by ISU coaches is the reason they always lose. Obviously it could never be because Iowa is better.
I think his attitude proves Pollard right. Pollard knows he wasn’t going to receive a fair shake and would be open to the usual negative spin.

I am not sure why? It is an accurate statement. You might not pay attention by Iowa is winning B1G titles regularly in a variety of sports.
He's excited about Iowa winning a men's track and field Big Ten title not realizing we're so much better than them in the sport lolYou mean, the sports nobody cares about?
This is Ferentz vs Iowa State level stuff here
600 Iowa fans voted and the large majority of them would rather beat non conference big brother than Indiana
