One of my favorite opening scenes of any movie, here's the abridged version

Harmonica: Did you bring a horse for me?

Snaky: Well... looks like we're...

[snickers]

Snaky: ...looks like we're shy one horse.

Harmonica: [shaking head] You brought two too many.

I know what you're thinking: "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?

"Pick up that Blood!" -CaddyShack

"You mark that Frame an Eight, you're entering a world of pain." -The Big Lebowski

"Pardon my french, but Cameron is so tight that if you stuck a lump of coal up his ass, in two weeks you'd have a diamond." -FBDO

"Adolescence is a marketing ploy." -Almost Famous (incredibly underrated quote)

This is still one of my favorite scenes in any comedy movie, still laugh when I see it on TV
"Principal: Mr. Madison, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Billy Madison: Okay, a simple no would’ve done just fine."

I saw it on TV last night and thought this was one was decent:

From Enemy of the State:
'What the hell is happening?"
'I Blew up the building!'
'Why?'
'Because you made a phone call!!'

Reminds me of when I was in college. That movie had just hit basic cable and it was on, I think TNT or USA so often that my roomates and I called it the "Enemy of the State Channel".
