I rarely say this, but I'm glad this was about wrestling and not .... what I thought.
I was immediately going to go with Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat.
“Hi I’m very wealthy” was my signature finishing move.
Piledriver...wait, are we talking wrestling? Eh, I'll still say piledriver.
If you want to be totally finished, the donkey punch will usually secure that.
I don't know if it's my favorite but the "roll over and cry" always seems to work for me.

Can’t believe it hasn’t been said yet, but it’s the Stone Cold Stunner.
I'm a fan of the classics - DDT, Sharpshooter, figure four. I haven't watched in a lot of years now but the Stone Cold Stunner was a good one depending on how well the other guy sold it. Vince McMahon always sold the hell out of it. The Rock Bottom was good because of how the Rock would really exaggerate the movement. Some other favorites off the top of my head:
