I have two monitors. The one on my laptop and a flat screen. How do I make them operate two different windows so I can watch the game and CF simultaneously? They bothh show the same screen now.

If you have a PC: Go to the Control Panel - select display - select settings - click on advanced settings - locate your graphics card from the menu and click on the box located there - this should bring up a small box in the upper left hand corner and I believe you are looking for "display output" or "output settings" (I'm trying to do this from memory as I'm working from a Mac right now) and you should be able to select dual-monitor mode. You should be good to go.

I just drove around several apartments in Ames until I found some offering Mediacom Internet with unprotected wireless.

Synced my ESPN account and I'm good to go on QWEST.

anything special to that account? Can you explain that a bit further?

Not sure if this has been asked but has anyone figured out a way to watch ESPN 360 through Microsoft Media Center? I have my xbox 360 as an extender to my wireless network so I can watch tv through my computers tv tuner card and through my xbox using Media Center. I have not found ESPN 360 in Media Center yet though.

I also want to know this.

Can someone PM this info as well? I'll be gone for the afternoon, and I can just see the instructional post being lost in that time.

You need to change to dual displays on your display settings. Some PCs won't support that, though.

So is this game on TV or just ESPN 360? Are the bars in Ames going to have this game on if its not on TV?

Call Welch Ave. and see if they still have the big dish. If they do, give them the coordinates posted in the "Bad News Cedar Rapids" thread.

I did this a few years back for a road WBB game, and they were able to accommodate the request.

I have a MacBook Pro purchased in 2009. Here is what I just ordered to hook up to my 40 Sony Bravia LCD (The two cable cost $37 total which includes shipping):

I will also use the headphone jack with a splitter to get audio to my TV. I'll let you know how it works when I get the stuff from Amazon.

Exactly what I have done. Works awesome!
