Talked with a very good friend (source) who is directly linked to Iowa Wrestling, two time national champion and we discussed iowa-iowa st....this is his take on the two....
Iowa is currently built for duals, where as he thinks Iowa St is built for the tourney....He thinks its ISU Minni race for the championship....
The Midlands offers us a great look at how we will compete in the team aspect of a tourney instead of duals when Iowa got us.....
Looking forward to ISU winning the midlands....

In wrestling you are allowed an Olympic redshirt, which is what Herbert is taking this year.

No. Only matches against wrestlers currently at a 2-year or 4-year institution count.
Matches against NYAC, Sunkist WC, Gator WC, Hawkeye WC, etc., do not count toward a collegian's record.
