Denver Trip

I just got back from some meetings in Denver. I got to go to my first NBA game, the Nuggets vs Timberwolves. I thought a good Hilton crowd would put them to shame. I am sure that during playoffs or a heated rivalry, the crowd is really into it.

If you are ever in Denver, you must go to the Tilted Kilt in the downtown area. It was like a Scottish Version of Hooters, except the Girls were Hot, the Food was Good, and the Resturant was beautiful,..... so I guess it was nothing like Hooters.

And in Cedar Rapids...the beer selection at Tilted Kilt is wonderful! The "talent"...not so much!!!

I've never been too impressed with the crowd at an NBA game. I think most major college games would have better atmosphere.

I suppose in Denver CO, you get to be alittle more selective with the wait staff.:yes:

On Blairsferry Road where North Country Steakhouse was, by BWW, Target, McDonald's.

North County Steakhouse was good...cook your own steaks!
