After that impressive loss to Ohio State, there is no doubt in my mind Iowa State would have won the Big Ten this year. Probably would have gone 18-0 in conference.

FactFred Hoiberg: more NCAA wins than the last three Iowa coaches combined
This thread personifies "little brother" syndrome.
I agree. I feel kinda sad for EIU fans.
Especially this year, since there is no NIT for football. That said, watch out if their MBB team makes it to the NIT championship (heaven forbid that they win the whole thing) - their delusions of grandeur will approach meteoric proportions.
Yeah, 2016 will be the break thru year. It's okay though because Iowa is doing it the "right" way
But watch out, their players are developing and should be up to average by next year.
Iowa: 0-0 in the NCAA tournament
i will be laughing when Baylor beats them by 20 in the NIT.
So... undefeated?
Also, Iowa has fewer tourney losses than ISU in the past 2 years.

First Fran was doing it the right way, next the B1G was too good of a conference, any early guesses on their excuse for playing in the NIT next year?
