After a snowstorm on April 18, the father of the Decorah eagles has not been seen. A search party went out over the weekend but did not find anything. Three eaglets were born recently and so far the mom has kept them safe by herself.

A new male eagle has been hanging around the area since the dad disappeared. Whether he had anything to do with it isn't known.
