In case anyone was wondering, a B1G team hasn't scored a point in the Playoff since 1/12/15, the first year of it. They've had two games in the CFP since then, both of which were shutouts and lost by 30+ points.

The Big 12 has yet to win a game in the CFP.

That's true, the B1G is at least .500. OU had their shot last season and couldn't get it done in 2OT. It's a shame that after all this time, they just can't get a reliable defense dialed in (too much time spent with Mike Stoops -- when you have the talent pool to pick from that they do every year, it's 100% a coaching issue).

The Kyler vs. Tua game may really be a sight to see.

OK Hawk fans here's your chance. Time to attack Murphy about and let him know ISU isn't 29th in the biased AP poll

I'd imagine they'll score more than that, but they may give up that many. That's what happens when Alabama is as good as they are.

I think they just say the f*** it with the normal strategy. Onside kick every kick, sell out entirely for turnovers, field position for Alabama won't matter. Their best chance is to create extra possessions for themselves and run the score up as much as physically possible.

Well, that’s your biased opinion. The rest of the nation other than the biased AP and CFP voters thinks Iowa is better, along with every unbiased computer ranking and metric. What would all those statistics and metrics know, over the uneducated opinion of a troll on an inferior team’s website?

A big 10 fan calling the media biased....towards the big 12? Typing that sentence out and believing it say more about you're intelligence and how much you pay attention to the national media than anyone on this site can. Delusional doesn't give your thoughts nearly the credit they deserve.

I feel bad for Hok fans. They're having a real hard time dealing with the fact that this could be the new normal. This must be what the Greeks felt like when the Roman Empire first came rolling into town. Or how Sonny Liston felt when Ali landed that first punch. Everyone can eventually feel when their time is coming to an end.

Have no idea how Iowa is still in the top 20.

Saw their game last week. The defense looked like it typically does under Fran.

I'd think ISU's guards would have a good night against that but perhaps Iowa puts it together.
