Carr’s bracket was STACKED! Could wrestle that 10 times and probably have five different champs.

C. Schultz, who has apparently shown some interest in Iowa State, took 1st place in the Jr. Greco 130kg.

The kid that beat Coleman on a last second TD in the 1st round, just knocked off the #1 seed Travis Wittlake in the quarters.

How did Coleman and the others do? Gomez,Carr,& Gremmel were awesome. Gremmel winning should be a big boost to him.

Coleman had a real solid tournament. Lost to 4th and 5th placers in maybe one of the deeper weights. Revenged a bad loss from HS to mantanona who committed to us but ended up at OK. Leisure at 65KG did ok and got a few wins. Wondering if he is thinking about 141 next season? Gremmel almost didn’t make trip as he was sick the previous week and Zadick told him he needed to see that he was ready this week. Looks like he was ready.

I agree he needs to keep his nose clean and he will be good. But being good at freestyle doesn't always translate to folkstyle

True. And I'm not sure the competition was top shelf here, but for him it's a matter of dedication and success on the mat. The rest takes care of itself for a guy like him.
