He was a true freshman in ‘20, when Princeton didn’t compete. Because of COVID.

Which is the whole purpose of extra “COVID years”. Anyone who was enrolled in ‘20 has it available.

Dylan Barrett and Tyler Miller also have COVID sixth years available, and I haven’t seen notes from either of them yet. Also Isaiah Alston and Daniel Jackson.

I’ll go see if any have been added.

That's not how it works. It's not just a free extra year no matter what. Take 2020 and erase it completely -- like it never happened. Then recount eligibility from there.

The elimination of 2020 in the overall count is how some guys are getting "6th" years. It's officially their 5th, which is still within the regular framework (4 + a redshirt).

I tried going through the NCAA’s rules to see for myself. Too convoluted, too much small print, and my eyes don’t work well.
