In the late 80s and early 90s it was only the international students who wore Halkeye t-shirts, not understanding that there were "rival" universities in the state. They bought tshirts at the airport upon arrival and proudly wore them trying to fit in. They were adorable in their efforts in a window-licker, coin-swallower kind of way. We'd high-five them on campus because they didn't know they were "special".
So in this vein, just high-five those cute little pooh-throwers (preferably a high-five to the face).
Aww, it's like a little worker bee (complete with minimized reproductive capacity) who got separated from the rest of the hive.
Dude rocking the sweater at the bottom right is killing it though. That is top notch.
There was at least one. They zoomed in on him being miserable toward the end of the game.
Seriously, when I went, cyclone alley required you wore their shirts on the lower level. I agree that that was too strict, but enforcing a cardinal/gold/ISU shirt rule should be pretty standard fare... you don't see people in the IZZOne wearing maize and blue.
Exactly what I was going to say. When did this change by the way?
Nothing to argue over, I guess, everyone has their right to wear what they want....but if I went to a rival's game and sat in their student section, I sure and heck wouldn't wear that shirt. Probably just confirms to us something about their fans that we already knew.
Whar Curly Haired Girl?
What an awesome performance from the Clones last night. With the short bench I am beginning to understand the lack of tight defense in the 1st half of games. I love watching the Clones play.
I'm not opposed to using the phonetic spelling for "doosh" or "doosher". Those words kinda look dumber, anyway.
Brotherhood of the Gingers
You did. Hope to see some pics of their sour mugs.
Great job outa the students last night!...but why isn't anyone camping out for the West Virginia game yet?..just sayin
I disagree. Students are getting a privilege to sit in those seats and they should be required to A. be ISU students (and show proof) and B. Support ISU
If they can't monitor themselves to enforce ISU/cardinal/gold shirts then they should go back to requiring Cyclone Alley shirts to get in those seats.
And get of my ******* porch.
Its a hawk shirt **** that.
I still can't get over cyclone alley waving their waves late on free throws. Just take away the arm waving and let us go crazy doing different things. It's the most useless thing we do.
