You could go simple and have it be about the football team winning or losing.

I'd think lines on Cyclone sporting events would be good (for games like these tiny schools we're playing in basketball, you could either do an over/under or make up a spread). Other than that, maybe just some of the more major games like MNF or the game College Gameday attends...
