So Purchase is named the MaxPreps player of the year in Colorado and 24/7 ranked him as the 18th best player in the state. I understand he'll likely get a bump but some that get so worked about stars need to just take a breath and trust the only ranking that counts, Campbell's.

They actually had him as the #2 CB on his own team.

I think probably because Purchase is more of an all-around player, good at a lot of different things and not just one specialty.

Purchase was a great all around productive high school player. The recruiting ranking is more of a projection at the next level though. That said, he's probably due for an update. Maybe more like an 86/87 instead of an 83 where 247 has him now?
