Yes, I realize I have 2 Big 12 teams in there, IF florida State drops, it should be 2 Big 12 Teams, and 2 SEC teams.

This is true. Big 10 has to have their one loss teams win out for any chance to get into playoffs. Nebraska is a quiet 5-0 right now but that might go away when they play Sparty this weekend.

That would mean Stanford vs. Alabama in the Sugar Bowl and Oklahoma vs. Florida State in the Rose Bowl

Well, let me revise.

After this week, I'm going to guess that the rankings will be:

1. Florida State
2. Auburn
3. Baylor
4. Ole Miss

Followed closely by Notre Dame, Alabama, Mississippi State, and UCLA (if they win tonight)

I'm not sure what will happen with the playoff because the SEC West is very good, and yet despite that fact, it is still overrated by the national media. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the team that finished 2nd in the SEC West get the 4th spot in the playoff, if the West winner went on to win the conference championship.

The only one I feel sure about right now is FSU. Not because they are world beaters but I think they continue to squeak by.
