I can't get a link to work from my phone but it's on CNN, New York Times etc.
Got this one to work
Alcohol is the worst drug.
Damn. This one hurts. One of the best voices ever.
Man I was just listening to Badmotorfinger. RIP
Ya this one sucks. wow.
Holy ****, that's awful.
I don't know how many have heard his solo stuff but his first solo album is one of my favorites of all time.
I love his acoustic solo stuff. His cover of "Billie Jean" is so soulful.
He just had an amazing voice. A great rock-and-roll voice.
I'll give it a listen today. Starting out with some Audioslave just to pump me up for the day.
Not the biggest Audioslave fan, but loved old Soundgarden and Temple of the Dog..... #RIPChrisCornell
Chris Cornell had one of the best, most recognizable voices out there. RIP
****. STP and Soundgarden are two of my favorite bands. Now Weiland and Cornell are both dead.
And another shot to the gut. My childhood continues to dwindle away. I can still remember the day Superunknown hit the shelves back in 1994. Wow. This sucks.
I didn't think he had any drug issues at this point, but it's hard to imagine anything other than that killing a 50 year old in seemingly good shape.
He was the greatest vocalist of the past 30 years, and probably Top 5 of all time. **** this.
This really sucks. One of the best. I've tried to play his acoustic stuff on guitar but you quickly realize that, without the voice, his songs aren't the same. And his voice was one of a kind.
I thought I saw it was suicide.
A buddy and I were trying to come up with the ultimate rock band, past or present. Both of us had Cornell on vocals without even debating each-other.
