I like Chipotle. However, Freebirds is much better. Just not one close to where I live. But there is one close to where i work. As for Pepperjax, the Steak sandwiches are awesome. However, their chicken is terrible. It is not a burrito place, but does have some similar things.

Heard Pepperjax was good. Gonna have to try them when I go back home. Always like Uncle D's and their Philly cheesesteaks. Went there for lunch on Friday actually.

I had Fighting Burrito about a year ago, and it was down from the mid part of the last decade, but it was probably still a little better, or the same, as Panchero's or modern Chipotle. Its just not amazing any more.

Bandit Burrito in Johnston is where its at. Best fast burrito I've ever had. Better than peak-era Flying Burrito.

Not to highjack the thread, but the Chipotle in Stuart FL is right next door to 5 Guys. As a result I've never been to Chipotle.

Yeah, in the Chipotle-Pancheros debate, I'm going with 5 Guys every time.

Pancheros > Chipolte > Flying/Fighting Buritto

i should know. I eat at Pancheros multiple times a week. Love the fresh totillias. Hate the Bob, but I insist they not mix mine. Love the guacamole. Chipolte charges $1.60 for guac vs $1 at Pancheros. Only been to FB once, and was very disappointed.

Had Chipolte for the first time. Very good burrito but still think Pancheros wins out on value also. I used to love Flying Burrito but haven't had a good one from there in two years. Usually too much rice and not enough meat and the last one had rancid chicken.

I know this is a burrito thread...but I ate at a Whataburger yesterday in Norman and those need to make the migration north! It was great for a fast-food burger chain...
