Not super confident in our chances, but a good chance to redeem this season.
I hope this isn't a repeat of ISU versus Notre Dame. I'd rather have played NC State
Tough match-up for sure but a great opportunity for us.
Wednesday evening, works for me as it starts after work. Excited how we do against a recent power school.
I’d rather play Clemson in this spot. If we lose, whatever. But if we win, that’s a really great redemption note to end this season.
Orlando against a team ISU has never played? Not to mention a big name opponent. I like it.
I love this. For not being in a NY6 bowl this year as we all hoped at the beginning of the season, this is as high profile matchup as we could get. It gives all our seniors a chance to play a big time opponent in their last game. This will get good natural coverage. Win and it's a big boost heading into next season too!
Welp. The game defines the 5 star culture versus the 5 star talent. Also, I think about our oline against that defense and I get shutters
Normally I would say the line discrepancy eats ISU up, but with the coaching change ups maybe ISU can catch them flat footed, dangerous spot for Clemson, ISU possibly has the all time record for planting the seeds for the end of a coaching era. ISU winning could be the seed that sends Dabo elsewhere, sending Clemson back to reality.
predictable Bend-don't-break defense with a 3 man rush to start the game with Dabo 3 weeks plus to prepare.
Win or lose, playing the big names is always a positive in the bowls because people will watch you and they will start to remember your name
I’ll bet Clemson will have some players sit out for this one- I like our chances.
Um Clemson is 5 star talent and culture.
If you'd told most Cyclone fans before the season that we'd be playing a bowl game against Clemson, they would have thought this season went very differently than it did.
