Man, not the right thread for it, but the timing of this team just sucks. It seems the last few years we have had a solid team, and no QB. Now we have a QB (he's not great, but hes consistent and learning), with no real team around him. Would kill to have AJ, Knott, Kelech, and the others back.
It always feels like ISU is alway just a couple guys away from being good, and the sad thing is that they have had the guys on the team, and have lost them through injury or stupidity. Coe and Irving would probably have made a huge difference in the KSU and NDSU games. Every time ISU gets a couple of the road grader type OL they seem to have career ending injuries. I don't remember all the OL that have looked promising that never helped with the running game, but I am sure someone else does.
