I agree completely, we should have not been in the top 75. We have a lot of unknowns for next year. We don't know if Arnaud is a Big XII caliber QB, we don't know if A-Rob can handle the load by himself. We have to replace Banks and Bowen at LB. I am optimistic but I know a lot can happen.

You misunderstand me. I totally think their ranking is fair, 100%. I think we will be better than that however.

Yep, 6-6 or maybe 7-5.

At this point, Cyclones, when expected to win, seem to not meet expectations.

Better to be under the radar, with limited expecctiaotns and greatly increase upside potential.

38 was the projected number of convictions by the spring game.

#63 seems a bit high to me based on what we showed last year. However, I think they blew the forcast for EIU by a whole lot more. EIU was given a #38 ranking. IMO there are more questions about that team for next year than there are for ISU.

EIU will NOT be 25 spots beter than ISU next year.

I've heard Ferentz accentuates the positive on his resume by listing himself as one who coaches young men "with great conviction(s)".
