I have a Char-broil electric smoker. Smoking a chuck roast right now that’s been cooking since 9 am.
Do you use charcoal briquettes instead of lump charcoal in your smoker?
Ordered a pallet of lumberjack pellets with a couple of my friends. Seasoning I always mix different types until I like the taste.
We need pics!!! What kind of smoker did you get?
Dang! I've wanted to go in with people to do this. I'm down to 3 bags of competition blend.
.Chuck roast? Haven't seen that yet, can you provide a picture? Sounds good!

Great recipes, tips, and product reviews. Got me turned on to my new grill, the Masterbuilt 560 Charcoal Gravity Fed. I used it twice this weekend and it was fantastic and great to use.

Damn 683 deg?
That range is awesomeYeah, I reverse sear cooked the steaks. Put them on for 45-60 minutes at 215 degrees and then cranked the grill up to 700 to put the sear on them.

My question has always been when I watched the demo was, how do you shut it down when you are done?
