Would explain why he is not playing in the Cap City league
Helping him become a better person should always be priority #1. Love seeing this stuff.
cue CF meltdown in 3...2...1....
Great thing for him and great PR for us
Yikes. I hope he gets things figured out.
And I hope cam is appreciative of the help.
What is a Wellness Center these days?
Well, that is an interesting development. Hope that whatever he is dealing with, he gets things figured out for himself.
Sounds a lot like rehab...
Smart call. I hope he gets everything worked out.
Really hope Cam can mature personally and get better. Hope he can take advantage of a great education and every resource around him.
Pretty broad term. Can be anywhere from fat camp to testoterone/men's health, to drug rehab or just a general life coaching kind of place. Even a fitness center or dietician is often called a wellness center. I guess anything that provides a service that helps improve something in your life.
Yeah, I don't think you have to read too far between the lines to get that.
It says more about him that he is accepting of and willing to put himself in this situation for the betterment of his well being. All of us should be happy that he took this step.
Very smart move on Prohm & Co's behalf. If this goes as planned I think Lard will end up a better person AND better basketball player as a result.
agreed. This shouldn't be viewed as a bad thing, imho.
Who cares what they call it?
As far as I know, they develop healthy habits and good decision making, as well as life balance. Many offer yoga and other fitness activities.
Good Luck Cameron on a fast recovery. We'll see you in the fall and rooting your success.
My hope is he realized he has developed some bad habits and decided to correct them now by entering the wellness program. Assuming he completes it and embraces the new lifestyle it is a sign he is maturing and committing to becoming a better person. Not the most important aspect but this will help him grow as a Cyclone player too. Many college aged people would have ignored the signs and not put the work in to fix them now.
