I bought a home in Aspen 2 years ago and am now in the process of buying a second one. Aspen has a rich past as a mining town during the Colorado Silver Boom, and over time it has developed into one of the most sought-after real estate markets. Its natural beauty, excellent ski resorts, and vibrant culture make it a compelling place to invest.
I'm calling you out this is not a humble brag it's just bragging.
But congrats on having homes in Aspen.

They don’t. It’s a bot to advertise real estate in the Aspen area. You can tell by the lack of mention of the loose drug laws in Colorado. Bots won’t mention that, but anyone with multiple houses in Aspen will certainly mention how blitzed they are as well.

How about selling one of those Aspen homes and buying us a defensive line??

Thanks for rubbing it in that you can afford to buy nice expensive houses. You're swell.

You should move to Clemons, Melbourne, or Rhodes… they are suburbs of State Center.

Little over 50 years I was in the Rocky Mountains land and this Danny Holien local hit was on the radio all of the time. Popped into my head as soon as someone throw in California.

California,
Come before ya,
People are feeling the strain.

Colorado,
Will you follow,
Letting it happen again.

Colorado,
Colorado,
Bye, bye-bye-bye, bye-bye-bye.

We lived in Omaha for several years right after college. My company wanted me to transfer to Denver. No promotion. No COLA. Just move and we’ll pay you the same.

I was all on board until I started looking at real estate. We had a place in Omaha we had bought for $130k. Same house in Denver (20 years ago) was $300k. We were either going to live in a sh*thole or an apartment. More research revealed that Denver was 35-50% more expensive than Omaha at that time. Quite a pay cut they wanted me to take.

I declined the opportunity.
