Building the fastest computer(s) I can buy for 50-100K. What should I get?

Your skill sets will determine which way you go. Your profile says you are in Tulsa. OSU has a campus in Tulsa with some com sci people there. You could talk to OSU's HPC group to discuss the in's and outs of this kind of setup.

If you don't get anywhere with them, I know some people who work at the Holland Computing Center (Run 4 different HPC's with one that just dropped off the top 500 list) here in Omaha and they would be willing to discuss your needs.
