Cyclones.tv has pre-practice interview with Bill; Jadda wearing a boot again (this was the interview that the Ames Trib is reporting on).

EDIT: Two things Bill mentioned are that it now looks like it could take a while to truly heal, and that a decision (or some) would have to be made soon. I looked at team stats, and she has played in 9 games this year. I can't remember how non-conference exempt tournament games count for medical redshirt. Assuming 1 game in Big 12 tournament and no post-season is either 28 or 30 games. Games get rounded up, so 30% is 8.4 or 9 games. My guess is that the decision to make is do we sit her down for the year or not. Again, Bill did not say this, just me reading between the lines some.

She is out the next two games at a minimum (per Fennelly).

I believe 30 games is correct. Either way it is 9 (like you said). You also must not play in the second half of your team's schedule -- TCU was game #13, so that is fine as well.

If we did decide to shut her down, she would be eligible for a medical hardship. If she steps foot on the court in another game, she would not.

I hope they bench her and save her for next yr. if she is willing to go along with it. Let the youngsters get experience then try to make a good run next year.
