Also, in purely basketball news, it's pretty incredible that Bubu has carved out a nice niche in the G-League given he was a seldom used walk-on during his college career. Probably don't see a ton of that story out there.

For a walk on he played quite a bit. In his shortened college career (3 years) he played in 70 games averaging over 13 minutes a game. Not a lot for someone who plays in the G League now, but certainly a heck of a lot for a walk on.
I think you can make the argument, with the obvious exception of Jeff Hornacek, that Bubu was the best walk-on to ever play for ISU.
