Where are the Cyclones projected in the latest bracketology updates?

There's still some work to do in the road to a spot Omaha.

Ugh. I wish editors wouldn't use Lundari and Palm as their sources. Just because they're the most visible doesn't mean they are good at it. Use and cite the bracket geniuses that ARE good at what they do.

@NiceMarmot please link the best ones! Know you're good at this.

So, does this taken into consideration the loss by KU last night? Will that be enough to move us up to the 2-line?

Listening to Pollard it was basically KU and Baylor taking Omaha before us and it's really hard to imagine how KU would as of today and Baylor would probably be a debate.

Open to recommendations hopefully with some numbers to back them up - I grew up reading those national guys and know that in some years they do better than others. Mostly worried about consistency and the numbers they have to back it up if they're available.

Busy time of year for me and helping teach Jackson how to display information - he's really intelligent and I can't wait until y'all see see his true potential.

Well, we are ranked higher than Baylor, and two games ahead of them in the Big 12. And we did beat Kansas. And we are two games ahead of them as well. I don't see the issue.

This already hasn't aged well and better research should have been done/better sources used. These are not good bracketologists.

Lunardi showed ISU on the two line during last night's games, just hasn't been updated online.

What was his rationale for finally moving us up to the 2-line?

I don't think saying ISU has work to do is unfair regardless of what bracketologist is referenced. It's true. ISU needs to win out. Do that and they'll be in Omaha. Don't and they are relying on other teams to drop some games.

Palm is an enigma. The last week he had us playing in Pittsburgh, after Saturday it was Omaha until today it is now Brooklyn?? Last week Baylor was Omaha then when we went to the Omaha spot the first part of the week I believe Baylor went to Spokane and today they are back in Omaha.

Here is a great aggregation of brackets out there. can see where successful bracketologists have people ranked with links to their brackets.

The link states it was updated today. I don't know his rationale, or why it would change overnight, but didn't catch that on the broadcast.

I think if we win out in the regular season, we are in Omaha regardless of what happens in KC. If we pick up a loss, then things get tricky. To me, it depends on how much leeway the committee gives KU for McCullar being out. You know Self is going to say he's playing after KC is over to help their seed...whether he actually is or not.

Looking at the remaining schedules for us, KU, Baylor:

ISU - OU, @UCF, BYU, @KSU
KU - @Baylor, KSU, @Houston
Baylor - KU, UT, @TT

Obviously, there's 1 loss to either KU or Baylor since they play each other Saturday. We could easily go 4-0, 3-1 or 2-2. KU will pick up an L in Houston. I honestly wouldn't want to be hosting UT right now the way they are playing. IMO this thing is going to come down to the wire.

It is almost like things aren't set in stone. Who knew that seeds could change predicated on game results. Nutty!

Lunardi's says it was updated yesterday morning (Feb 27). It says he updates it Tuesday and Friday during conference season.

Ah, I just read the date wrong. My bad. Was under the impression he was doing it daily already.
