Last year, OU was shockingly humiliated in Norman The (other) OSU. Losing to Urban Meyer is not unexpected in most situations, but that was one of his younger teams. This year OU looks to return the favor at the Horseshoe in front of a national ABC audience at 6:30 PM.

A lot is riding on this game for the Big 12. With UT choking against Maryland last week, this will loom large when the dust settles at the end of the season. There is some chance OU could recover from this loss and make the CFP, but not if they also lose to (the real) OSU. And then, if Pistol Pete prevails in Bedlam, they will need OU's record to be as good as possible if they have any shot at the CFP. In the more likely event, if they have a rematch in the Big 12 title, game it boggles me mind on what happens if they split the series.

- Will the Boomers be able to pull off the upset?
- If not, is the Big 12 D.O.A. regarding an entry into the CFP?
- Hopefully ISU winds the Cy-Hawk, but if OU falters, does the BigTen prove its dominance?
