From the BoR agenda items for the meetings tomorrow and Thursday I found some things to be interesting.

They are seeking agreement on the Architect/Engineering selection and a program statement for Phase II of the JTS renovations. The project is budgeted as $65M with $38M coming from revenue bonds and $27M coming from private giving. This is in their anticipated fiscal year 2009 projects section.
Also on the Hilton renovation/practice facility front they have the following listed: they are presenting the project schematic, project description and budget, and a program statement. Also, for the price tag, it lists $100M from private giving. Now considering that they don't have the budget spelled out, it is highly unlikely that $100M is all coming from private giving. This is also in the anticipated fiscal year 2009 projects section.
On a separate note, but linked by in-state rivals, Iowa got $18.5M from the Big 10 conference for the past fiscal year. I wonder what we get from the Big 12. Probably $7.5. :skeptical:
