Blackberry Help

I have a Blackberry 8330. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get video to play on it, except for the stuff I take with the video camera built in. Anyone got any ideas? I'm all out.

I have the same phone and can't get CF mobile on it, I click on it but it doesn't do anything.

You name the video source and it won't play. I have the same issue with CF Mobile as well.
