This used to be the case, but with what ESPN has done I don’t believe this is true any longer. They’ve siloed their content to respective channels and national broadcast regions are much broader. I think you’re talking about the old ESPN+.
Nippert is a nice little stadium right in the middle of campus. If you haven’t been there since the reno, it really punches above its weight class, but it certainly feels crammed in between campus buildings. Apparently they still have room to expand if they want to:

I agree they are a solid add, but let’s not aggrandize their market draw…it wasn’t enough to get them to the ACC. However, while Louisville got the nod to the ACC through better facilities and by recent winning, the Bearcats are now in a better place than Louisville was in my opinion.
