Launching today. I've been listening this morning (Live 7-10 every morning) and the two guys, Ari Temkin and James Westling, seem to be pretty knowledgeable. Looks like there will be a pre-game show every Saturday from 8-11 as well.

Yeah, there is a TuneIn App. I downloaded it and listen to it via apple car play on my drive into work. App is going to be the best way to listen. However you can listen on a computer as well.

Oh, I feel it was a very "on brand" type of interview for BY. I'm guessing some of the questions were asked on purpose.

- Still thinks basketball is more valuable than everyone else thinks.

-the expansion thing, he gave a very vanilla answer that basically went back to the first point. Looking out for the immediate future, but also for the long term.

-said they would "not be satisfied" getting only 1 AQ into the CFB playoff this year. Expects to get more than 1 because the conference is going to be tough.

- he was asked how he intends to drum up more revenue streams and says they're throwing around idea that no one else is and then the guy asked him why wouldn't those conference just do what they do if it worked and BY essentially said that b/c frankly they wouldn't need to. Idk what he even means.

Why did they leave SiriusXM? Unless this new app offered a boat load more money seems like a crazy decision. Is David Archer still part of the program or did he leave after the switch.

I've absolutely been loving this station. Completely free to listen and great content so far. I can easily see myself incorporating this into my daily routine. I think Campbell was on last night, but unfortunately I missed it.

i believe as part of the programming, they will air most of the coaches shows they do throughout the week

The big number here was that in terms of the Big 12's total viewers (all sports), basketball makes up 30% -- which is way more than how it's valued currently.

This explains why there has been no talk programming on the Big 12 channel on Sirius. Ari and David Archer used to have a show but every time I tune to that channel there is no programming.

This station has been great. Have been playing tailgate music this morning before the Big 12 kickoff show. Nice to have enough teams in the conference now that give enough content for a channel like this.

So just to clarify. This is no longer on Sirius XM? This makes sense because lately when you tune in to Big 12 radio on Sirius it just has a guy reading a script telling you over and over what sports broadcasts are available on Sirius XM for the day.

It was dropped last month, really sucks because that was go too channel in the morning. I saw a blog by some guy from KSU and he said the Sirius was dropping the B12, Pac 12 and the ACC, but they kept the ACC network. Never heard if this was a Sirius decision or the B12.
