Without looking I will throw a dart at the wall and say that Texas is over ranked.

Ding Ding Ding...We have a winner. Texas was my first guess as well. What do we win? And the chart is sort of confusing to look at because the most overrated teams go from bottom to top.

Just guessing by who posted it i'll take a shot in the dark and say that K-State is the team that over performs.

Not a big shock . The Blue Blood programs get overrated and over hyped every preseason. Sports reporters or not smart enough or are too lazy to actually study teams so they just assume USC, Florida St, Tejas, etc will be good.

Only once ranked prior or after is not a reason to throw a party.

Texas will always be over-ranked simply because they'll always have the top talent. Texas has done less with more than any other program in history.

Which, isn't the worst thing ever. They get their conference and national championships just not as many as they should have.

Keep in mind that this just has to do with ranking. If a team is never ranked in the post season poll they can never get a point on this scale. If a team is perennially ranked last (or near it) on their conference's preseason poll but always finishes higher but never cracks the top 25 at the end of the season it won't register here. Get votes but finish 26th on the final poll? No soup for you!

I said most over ranked would be easy. TCU and Boise should not surprise either. Utah too.

Point well made except you meant to say preseason poll as well?

No. If you are unranked in the preseason poll and ranked post season you get points here.
