I don't believe it for a second.

But I have to say, nothing reminds me of the beauty of the Pacific Northwest quite like Lubbock, Texas.

Like it or not the future of ISU athletics is 100% in the hands of The University of Texas at this point. 'IF' Texas stands firm and does everything in their power to hold the Big 12 together ISU will be safe. If ANY of this smoke turns into fire ISU is going to be on the outside looking in no matter which direction it turns...

It's not looking good my friends

Anyone else just want this **** to end, like now?

Just to end all this talk. Of course we don't want ISU to be in a mid-major conference and what not, but if it happens there's nothing we can do about it. I just want this garbage to end.

Maybe the Mountain West is positioning itself for this to happen. Takes non-BCS football power Boise State, then it looks to grab the Big 12 schools that do not go to the Big 10, Pac 10 or SEC. Once that happens it will become a BCS eligible conference that replaces the former Big 12.

Actually for ISU this would not be the worst scenario to be perfectly honest.

Then again color me surprised if Stanford and or Cal ever vote to allowing OU, Texas Tech or OSU to join the Pac 10.
