Auburn is going to be celebrating, lack of focus for AU basketball team?

Why would the BB team care how the FB team did?

For the same reasons our football team cares how the basketball team does. Completely different university where they probably don't care though.

One can easily come up with countless examples of schools who have great football programs and their basketball team sucks regrdless of how the football team does, and vice versa. Hell, I submit the whole SEC as an example of this.
