Fluke wins usually happen because of TOs and/or STs. Iowa is usually solid in both departments and think they will win the LOS handily. Probably something like 23-10 as I think SDSU will have a very hard moving the ball and Iowa will score 10 points because of STs (field position, returns, etc).

Chance of an upset? I'd put it between 5-10%.
