Nothing in the statement says SEC, maybe they hoping for a better offer from BIG.
This year was going to happen as scheduled no matter what. OU and Texas will not be playing in the Big 12 next year.
I’ve been think about this since the SCOTUS ruled against the NCAA. How soon until CFB revenues start becoming taxable? This is no longer public entities sponsoring amateur athletics.
They're just saying they'll not be renewing in 2025.
Apparently if it's this way, the B12 will dissolve on its own or OU and UT just have to pay out for the years they're not around.
It's so obvious that the $ooners and Texa$ are running scared of Matt Campbell and the Cyclones. They likely think that they have a better chance in the SEC. ISU has arrived and those 2 chicken bleep schools can't handle it. 
BTW.... I'm glad we have ANOTHER thread about this topic. The other ones clearly don't bring enough insight and speculation to the table.
