Lived in San Diego for sometime and attended UC Davis. I'm not going to say I don't miss the weather and surfing. I will say that as far as small towns go Ames is top notch. After leaving Cali I thought I would be really disappointed by Ames, but I have been quite happy here and had a lot of fun. There is a lot to love here! Go Clones!!!!
