I don’t think Texas will be better than Iowa this year. If Iowa beats IU week 1, there’s a very good chance Iowa could be in the Top 10 heading into the ISU matchup.

While true, it would be very tough to pass that game up. If ISU is at a ranking around roughly 6-8, and Iowa is in the 9-10 range, that should be a primetime matchup and deserving of gameday. Add on the rivalry factor, and it should be a done deal.

If they beat Indiana, who will likely be in the range of 10-13, yes, there is a very good chance of that happening.
