Here nor there
We've lost fewer games than anyone in the Big12, it's just that all loses are conference games.
And we were damn close in 3 of those.

What a job thus far by Fred. That record is great, especially since last year's team finished 11-7, but imo could compete with anyone and was "closer" to being elite imo. When everything aligns and we end up getting a Kane on last year's team is when all bets are off. It sure would be nice to have Amardi right now, or have used Bluford's scholarship differently last spring.

Lets not forget Larry Brown is the SMU coach.

SMU is solid, and they are a great team at home. Moody isn't quite Hilton, but they have that place rocking. They are really taking the fact they are in a "bigger" conference now to heart. Fun team to watch.

We should play SMU while Brown is around (Fred connection).

Maybe as part of a doubleheader at JerryWorld?

I still don't understand how you can put Michigan ... with more losses and a head to head loss against ISU, ahead of ISU.

They really got some major props for their 10 game winning streak, winning @MSU, @UW, and beating #10 Iowa. They deserved their lofty ranking with how they responded after their Arizona loss.
