When I was making my picks, they showed 50% each for people picking them. Needless to say, that was one of my lower confidence points picks.

Hhhmmm.... I see the full line-up and able to make the picks now. Don't know what to tell ya other than maybe closing the browser and going back in and making sure you are on the "Make Picks" page.
