Hopefully Miranda is ready.
Well, he didn't strike out , so it's an immediate upgrade.

Sano drives me absolutely bonkers w/ his worthless plate appearances. I mean it's not like we haven't seen this song & dance before with him.

Drive-by posting. Thought Sano looked good per the old eye test after losing that 25 pounds. Couldn't even say "Well, he's too heavy and out of shape". Was reasonable in past years to write off slow starts to not being in shape but not so much this year. He had a good finish last year and I was actually half expecting he'd carry that over.

Still hope the Twins and Correa can work out a long-term extension. Lewis can play 3B next season. Buxton, Correa, Lewis trio would be so much fun to watch.
Move Miranda to first? Put both Larnach and Kirloff in the corner OF spots?

Sucks that Correa could be out a couple months, but exciting to see Royce play.

Miranda still needs to prove he can hit big league pitching, but man, there is some excitement around isn't there. Good thing the Twins have depth.

I’d still be open to trading Miranda for a frontline starting pitcher like Montas or Castillo at the deadline.
I hope the ink on an extension for Correa is dry before they think about trading any of those guys.

Is it two months now? I saw the an early report that CC would be out 4-6 weeks. Sucks, he was one of the hottest players in the big leagues.

Sano being out does not bother me. He was always good for 2 strikeouts per game minimum.

Well, I see 4-6 weeks and think more than 1 month and then just say 2.

Then when its less I'm pleasantly surprised :)

This seems like a good sign (that’s it’s not broken)

Idk. . . I'd be pumped if I found out I didn't have to go to work for a couple of months :jimlad:

P.S. I put the crow I'm hoping to eat on Buxton being the best player in BB into the oven :)
