Meanwhile in Iowa ******...they are hosting #6 Purdue tomorrow night and as of late last night, there were 3,500 tickets still available. Go Boilers.

Xavier just lost by Providence nailing a 3 with 1 second left.

Providence is my dark horse team to make the Elite 8. Two losses (albeit blowouts to average Virginia and a good Marquette team) but wins over Wisconsin, UCONN, Texas Tech, Seton Hall, and Xavier. Don't sleep on them.

I didn't realize it was him until the Duke game a few weeks back, I had to do a double take. He had Prohm offer to ISU out of high school. Class of 2016.

It's been so long ago, but it feels like Iowa fans thought they had him.

Haven't watched WV much but from what I've seen they have the same look as Tech, but maybe just don't have the offensive power.
Not near as long or athletic. That post player that transferred to Kentucky really hurt them.

Xavier and Creighton are really struggling lately. Hopefully those are still Quad 1 big wins in March.

If Xavier can "hold serve" it should stay safely as a Quad 1 win … currently 21, would have to fall below 50. Creighton’s NET has dropped to 67 … getting near that Q1/Q2 border. If CU did drop to Q2, that wouldn’t hurt too much (better to maintain it in Quad 1, of course).
