Cleveland announces name change to Guardians
Cleveland is changing its name from the Indians to the Guardians after the 2021 season, announcing the new moniker in a tweet Friday.

From the big leads they have blown on recent weeks it seems like relief pitching is their problem.
Guess we'll see before and after pics of Gallo tomorrow since he'll be shaving dat beard off. 
I am just assuming that he'll be injured within two weeks. The last outfielder they acquired lasted two weeks before an ACL and the kid called up for him lasted one game. The Yankee outfield is injury cursed this season, adding injury to the insult of them just not playing good baseball.

Seems Yanks are going all in to try and secure a wildcard. Maybe between Rizzo and Voit they can piece together someone who can play 1st for more than a week before getting injured.
Rizzo is just a rental but this might be a good two month audition in NY. See if he hits in The Stadium and see if he likes it in NY. If he hits and likes it, Yanks could be a contender for him in free agency. They need some lefties and not ones like Odor and Gallo that strike out a million times a season. Wondering how the change of leagues and a completely new set of pitchers will go for Rizzo.

Also, maybe I'll start watching the Yanks more again. Curious to see Rizzo and Gallo. Even before all the guys got hurt and they became the "Replacement Yankees" they weren't much fun to watch. JFC, even DJ LeMahieu wasn't hitting.
